Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA ?? ? grade; 3. Aged 60 -80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Be allergic to benzodiazepines; 2.BMI = 30kg /m2; 3.Severe cardiac insufficiency; 4.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 5.Severe liver or renal insufficiency; 6.History of myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia or depression; 7.History of delirium or dementia; 8.Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with data acquisition; 9.Participated in other clinical trials in recent 3 months.
