Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage through imaging; 2. Subjects aged = 18 years and = 75 years old; 3. One side of the patient's limb has motor dysfunction (FM score of motor function = 42, and FM scores of elbow flexion, elbow extension, knee flexion, and knee extension = 1); 4. The subject or family member agrees to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Excessive spasms or contractions of limb muscles; 2. Severe cognitive impairment (MMSE score<24); 3. Received craniotomy surgery treatment; 4. Patients in deep coma with dilated pupils on one or both sides; 5. Cerebral hemorrhage caused by cerebral arteriovenous malformations, aneurysms, stroke of brain tumors, hematological diseases, and other reasons; 6. Contraindications related to surgery and imaging examinations; 7. Major surgeries planned within 30 days before or 90 days after enrollment; 8. Participated in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices before being selected but did not meet the main research endpoint deadline; 9. Preoperative disability may interfere with functional outcome assessment one year after surgery
