18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a clinical diagnosis of perianal fistulizing Crohn’s disease or fistulas; (2) Patients aged over 18 to 70 years old with no limited sex; (3) right-handed; (4) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 2. Have severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or serious diseases that affect their survival, such as heart disease. Have a pacemaker in the body, etc. 3. Patients unable to give full informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral disabilities. 4. Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse. 5. Other medical conditions that, in the judgment of the investigator, reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in the work environment that could result in loss of visits. 6. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs. 7. Patients with endoscopy and pathology suggesting possible malignant lesions. 8. Patients with other unknown unforeseen circumstances 9. Patients with claustrophobia; internal implants, metal, titanium clips, etc.
