Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of asthenospermia; ? Aged 21-49 years old, with a disease duration of 1-5 years; ?No hormonal drugs have been taken in the last 3 months; ? Those who voluntarily join this study with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with congenital asthenospermia; ? Those with combined genitourinary infections, such as orchitis, epididymitis, prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis; ? Combined with varicocele; ? Those who combine with other diseases of the genitourinary system; ? Those who combine with basic medical diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, hypertension, encephalopathy, abnormal liver and kidney functions; ? Those who are undergoing other treatments that may affect the reproductive function; ? The woman is suffering from infertility or other diseases that affect fertility; ? Patients with azoospermia, dyszoospermia, or necrospermia; ? Anti-sperm antibody positive people; ?Those who are allergic, afraid of needles or faint of needles and cannot accept the treatment.
