Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) over 18 years of age; (2) pregnancy has been confirmed;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)patients who have a clear combination of hypertension, diabetes and diseases of the liver, kidney and other organs and blood system before pregnancy, and who need to receive long-term drug treatment; (2)patients with combined malignant tumors and serious infections; (3) antibiotic treatment within 1 month before participating in the study. (4)any medical or non-medical condition that the investigator considers inappropriate for participation.
