Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Advanced age: over 35 years old. 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for diminished ovarian reserve: Referring to the "Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Diminished Ovarian Reserve" formulated by the Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility Preservation Group of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association. Diminished ovarian reserve can be indicated by meeting any of the following criteria: ? AMH < 1.1 ng/ml; ? Age: women over 35 years old actively trying to conceive for more than 6 months without successful pregnancy. 3.Voluntary participation in the trial and consent to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other reproductive system diseases. 2.Combined with severe primary diseases in internal medicine, surgery, psychiatry, etc. 3.Male partner with azoospermia (no sperm).
