18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with sepsis or septic shock according to the Sepsis 3.0 definition; 2) Age = 18 years old; 3) Stay in ICU for = 24 hours; 4) Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients and their families refuse to participate in the study; 2) Patients who cannot undergo NIRS, TCD, EEG, cardiac ultrasound, or abdominal ultrasound monitoring due to anatomical factors; 3) Patients with severe intracranial diseases (such as intracranial infection, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, traumatic brain injury, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy, postoperative intracranial surgery, etc.); 4) Patients with severe arrhythmia.
