Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged = 40 years old, = 55 years old ; (2) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of PMS. The diagnostic criteria for PMS are as follows: ? menopause or menstrual disorders; and ? hot flashes and sweating as the essential symptoms, which may be accompanied by irritability, palpitations, insomnia, chest tightness, headache, emotional abnormalities, memory decline, blood pressure fluctuations, back and leg pain, and other symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with incomplete clinical data ; (2) Patients with a history of medication before the first visit ; (3) Patients with abnormal anatomical and functional structure of the uterus and ovary ; (4) Patients with menstrual changes caused by endometrial tumors, ovarian tumors and other diseases.
