Interventions

Control:The participants all consumed 75 percent of their daily energy needs.
DASH Diet Group:All four groups consumed 75% of their daily energy requirements + the DASH dietary guidelines
TRE group:All participants consumed 75% of their daily energy requirements +TRE dietary guidelines
DASH diet +TRE group:All participants consumed 75% of their daily energy requirements +DASH diet +TRE dietary guidelines.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, age 18-60 years old; 2. Blood pressure of 130-139/85-89 mm Hg; 3. BMI=24kg/m2; 4, the usual food intake time is greater than or equal to 14h. 5. No gastrointestinal diseases or fasting problems. 6, if the participants were taking blood sugar lowering drugs, blood pressure lowering drugs, lipid-lowering drugs and cardiovascular drugs, in No dose adjustment is allowed during the 3-month intervention period. 7. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. Patients with serious diseases such as malignant tumors; 3, gastrointestinal surgery history, eating disorders; 4, use of drugs or supplements that affect the results of this study, such as antidepressants, thyroxine, etc.; 5. Smokers in the past 6 months; 6. A history of alcoholism and drug abuse; 7, currently participating in other weight loss management projects; 8, pregnancy, planned pregnancy, lactation or menstrual irregularities; 9. Vegetarian; 10, poor compliance, can not complete with the interviewer.
