Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) =65 years old; (2) Permanent population of the selected study site (residing in the area for more than half a year) and having no relocation plans within the past year; (3) Consent to participate in the study; (4) The elderly are able to answer the investigators' questions, or their daily caregivers are able to answer the investigators' questions and are familiar with the elderly's basic situation and are willing to assist them in participating in the project; (5) The elderly have Chinese reading ability, or their daily caregivers have Chinese reading ability and are willing to assist them in participating in the project; (6) The elderly have mobile phones, or their daily caregivers have mobile phones and are willing to assist them in follow-up investigations and interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) stay in bed for a long time (due to illness or weakness, losing the ability to move independently and take care of oneself, and having been bedridden continuously for 6 months or more); (2) The elderly have an unstable or terminal medical condition that may affect their participation in the study; (3) Participated in other fall intervention programs during the same period.
