Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: over 3 years old; (2) Members of the family have lived together for a long period of time for at least three generations, as determined by actual living together rather than by domicile; living together for more than 10 months per year for at least five years; (3) Patients in families with 3 or more H. pylori positive individuals (4) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Higher doses of PPIs, potassium ionic acid blockers, antibiotics, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth, probiotic preparations, etc., have been used within the four weeks prior to treatment; (2) Presence of serious concomitant disease or malignancy; (3)Pregnant or lactating women.
