Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) age =18 years; (b) stable hemodialysis for more than 3 months; (c) regular hemodialysis 3 times a week for 4 hours each time; (d) meeting the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia; (e) voluntary written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (a) failed to cooperate with electroacupuncture treatment; (b) presence of malignant tumor, severe heart failure (NYHA IV), acute severe infection in the past 3 months, connective tissue disease, severe metabolic disease, decompensated chronic liver disease, hematologic disease, etc.; (c) unable to complete the grip strength test, 6-meter walk test, and 30-second chair stand test; (d) the presence of severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; (e) pregnancy or lactation.
