Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sexes and ages scheduled for posterior fossa craniotomy under general anesthesia in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2023 were enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) history of epilepsy; (2) severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) severe respiratory and cardiovascular diseases; (4) history of pacemaker implantation; (5) long-term use of alcohol, sedative or psychotropic drugs; (6) patients with severe neuromuscular damage assessed by preoperative electrophysiological evaluation; (7) allergy to anesthetic drugs or family history of allergy; (8) pregnant women and those with severe mental disorders; (9) patients unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
