Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ? It meets the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis-3 and sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnancy; ? History of chronic cardiac insufficiency; ? Severe arrhythmia may affect the results of ultrasonic measurement; ?Moderate to severe mitral and/or aortic valve disease; ?History of chronic intestinal disease, such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.; ? Patients undergoing colostomy or ileostomy; ? Sepsis was diagnosed more than 24 hours before enrollment; ? The estimated survival time before enrollment is less than 24 hours; ? No echocardiogram was performed within 72 hours or the echocardiogram images were not clear.
