Treatment group: Chaihu Sugan San combined with Zuogui Yin

40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the above western medicine diagnostic criteria and Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria; (2) without MHT treatment, or similar Chinese medicine treatment, or other MHT alternative therapies; (3) with MHT treatment, or similar Chinese medicine treatment, or other MHT alternative therapies, and need to complete the washout period; (4) voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicine;(2)Those who have bilateral ovariectomy, organic lesions of the ovaries, or premature failure of ovarian function;(3)Those who have been diagnosed or suspected of breast cancer or estrogen-dependent malignant tumour;(4)Those who have been diagnosed with a history of venous or arterial thrombosis, or those who are at high risk of venous or arterial thrombosis;(5)Those who have combined cardio-cerebral, cerebral, vascular, hepatic, renal, haematopoietic, and other serious illnesses.;(6)Uncured unexplained irregular vaginal bleeding;(7)Hyperthyroidism, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hypertension or pheochromocytoma, neurasthenia, psychosis, and other diseases that are closely related to the main disease;(8)People who are in the state of pregnancy.
