45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stable COPD according to the GOLD guidelines; (2) Home based pulmonary rehabilitation; (3) Having the ability to engage in independent activities and communicate effectively; (4) Residing in Huaihua City, with no long-term (2-week) plans to go out within six months; (5) Age: 45-75 years old (including boundary values), gender unlimited; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with combined respiratory diseases and other serious malignant diseases, such as Asthma, interstitial pneumonia, lung cancer, and severe bronchiectasis; (2) People with mental disorders; (3) Patients who are participating in similar studies; (4) Merge other serious cardiovascular or systemic diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, stroke, malignant tumors, and end-stage renal disease;
