18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)12-20 weeks of gestation, single fetus; (2)Preeclampsia high-risk groups: 1) Those who meet any of the following conditions: previous history of preeclampsia, chronic hypertension, type I or type II diabetes, kidney disease, autoimmune disease (such as antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus); 2) Those who meet two or more of the following criteria: obesity (BMI=28kg/m2), age =35 years, primipara, family history of preeclampsia (mother or sister); Personal history (low birth weight or small for gestational age, previous history of adverse pregnancies, interval > 10 years between previous pregnancies). (3)Be able to understand the procedures and methods of this clinical study, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy by assisted reproductive technology; (2) A history of smoking and drinking; (3) There is contraindication of aspirin.
