Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria in the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans; 2) Lower extremity arteriography showed arterial stenosis or occlusion; 3) GAD-7 screening indicates mild or moderate anxiety symptoms; 4) Age: 18-65 years old; 5) Handedness: right-handedness; 6) Culture: primary school graduation or above; 7) Race: Han; 8) Subjects are required to be socially functional and have full behavioral and responsibility capabilities 9) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The DSM-V tool was used to conduct interviews with patients who were eligible for major depressive episode, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, organic mental disorder, substance-related mental disorder or diagnosed with other mental disorders, as well as patients with other cognitive disorders such as mental retardation and personality disorders; 2) Substance abusers; 3) Patients with color blindness, color weakness, deafness, stuttering, etc. that affect neurocognitive tests; 4) Be pregnant within 1 year; 5) electroconvulsive therapy within 6 months; 6) Regular meditation or yoga practice within the last 1 month; 7) Complained of discomfort when using VR devices.
