Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients meets the diagnostic criteria of acute calculous cholecystitis complicated with mild pancreatitis; 2.Ages 18-80; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade ? and below; 4.Balthazar CT is rated A, B, C with a BISAP score of less than 3 points; 5.Participants agree to join this experiment after fully understanding the purpose, method and risk of this experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged less than 18 years or more than 80 years; 2.ASA grade ? or above; 3.Imaging examination before operation confirmed the presence of common bile duct and intrahepatic bile duct stones; 4.Patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis; 5.Ethanol abusers; 6.Patients during pregnancy; 7.Patients who refused to participate in this study.
