Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pancreatectomy was performed from January 2014 to December 2023; (2) Severe delayed postpancreatectomy hemorrhage defined by ISGPS; (3) Using DSA as first-line treatment; (4) Complete clinical and pathological information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who undergo other abdominal surgeries simultaneously during hospitalization; (2) Patients with severe abnormalities in the function of important organs.
