Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) primary breast cancer; (ii) positive ER expression by immunohistochemistry (staining cell ratio >10%); (iii) non-menopausal; (iv) low risk of recurrence (all of the following criteria must be met: negative lymph nodes, G1, T less than 2 cm, low Ki-67 expression); (v) no tamoxifen within 2 years; (vi) no radiotherapy, chemotherapy or endocrine therapy related to oestrogen or progesterone during the blood collection period; (vii) complete medical history and follow-up records.
