Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old; (2) Diagnosis of coronary heart disease through coronary angiography and medical history ( At least one lesion of =50%diameter stenosis in a coronary artery with =1.5mm reference vessel diameter ); (3) The patient signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Cardiogenic shock or severe heart failure (heart function = grade IV); (2) Severe renal insufficiency with creatinine>150 µ Mol/L or GFR4 times the upper limit of the reference value; (4) Severe left ventricular hypertrophy (cardiac ultrasound shows interventricular septal thickness = 15mm); (5) There are contraindications to dual antiplatelet therapy; (6) Severe cachexia with an expected lifespan of less than 1 year; (7) participants who are allergic to contrast agents; (8) participants who are already pregnant or preparing to conceive during experimental research; (9) Refusal to sign informed consent form or poor compliance; Subjects who cannot be followed up on schedule; (10) Accepting other research projects or other clinical trial projects for less than 6 months during the research period.
