Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Provide written informed consent; ? Age =55 years old; (3) The chief complaint of memory impairment, provided by the patient himself, his family or an insider; (4) Memory impairment was not consistent with age and education level (clinical memory scale score was lower than 1.5 SD of age and education level matching norm); (5) Normal daily living ability, that is, daily living ability Rating Scale (ADL) =100 points; ? Hachinski Ischemia Index scale score < 4; ? Education level above primary school; The course of MCI is =3 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous or current DSM-5 diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, Alzheimer's disease, other causes of secondary dementia and other psychiatric disorders; Have other serious physical diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, respiratory system, endocrine system, nervous system or blood system diseases; ? severe aphasia, visual and hearing impairment, etc., can not complete the scale assessment; A history of alcohol dependence and other psychoactive substance abuse (e.g. antipsychotics, benzodiazepines).
