Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chest pain or related symptoms in the inpatient department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 6, 2024 to December 31, 2024, who were diagnosed or highly suspected of stable angina pectoris (SA), unstable angina pectoris (UA), non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) by the attending physician or above, and who were proposed to undergo CAG; 2. Patients whose age was Between 18-79 years old; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known structural heart disease such as cardiomyopathy, valvular disease, etc.; 2. patients with atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, atrioventricular block and other arrhythmias and have not recovered to normal; 3. patients with a history of pulmonary embolism, aortic coarctation, etc., and other cardiovascular diseases; 4. patients with cardiac complications combined with connective tissue diseases (lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, dermatomyositis, nodular polyarteritis, etc.); 5. patients with obviously abnormal thyroid function, severe anemia or other blood diseases and other diseases that significantly affect the circulating blood supply; 6. Patients with malignant tumors; 7. Professional athletes, pregnant or lactating women, alcoholics; 8. Combined with other systemic acute and chronic diseases, such as respiratory diseases, liver function or renal function abnormalities, etc.; 9. Acute infectious diseases or infectious diseases; 10. Those who are unable to perform magnetocardiography due to claustrophobia, mobility disorders, etc.; 11. Those who have metal or other implants in the body that interfere with the detection; 12. Those who are unable to cooperate with the corresponding examination required by the study or those who have failed the collection due to various reasons.
