Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.University female students; 2.Adults aged 18-26; 3.18.5=BMI<24.9; 4.Regular meals and routine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Metabolic diseases (2) Family history of diabetes (3) Glucose intolerance (4) Staying up late (5) Skipping breakfast (6) Allergy to the test substance (chicken breast, rice, etc.) (7) Smoking habit (8) Drinking alcohol (9) Undergoing professional sports training (10) Have abnormal liver and kidney functions (11) Have been diagnosed with cardiovascular or other serious diseases (12) Have mental and psychological behavioral disorders (13) Eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, etc. (14) Long-term drug use or any drug dependence (15) Sleep disorders: insomnia, sleep apnea, biological clock disorder, restless legs syndrome, etc. (16) Digestive disorders or frequent gastrointestinal discomfort (17) Losing weight or adopting other special dietary patterns in the past six months.
