Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 30-60 years old and height between 150-190cm. (2) According to the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylotic myelopathy in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Rehabilitation of Cervical spondylotic myelopathy of the Chinese Medical Association, combined with clinical manifestations and cervical magnetic resonance examination, the patient was diagnosed with cervical spondylotic myelopathy. (3) There are clear typical symptoms of cervical spondylotic myelopathy, including fine motor impairment of the upper limbs, walking instability, and non-peripheral neurogenic numbness or weakness of the limbs and trunk; (4) Patients who can walk continuously for at least 20m on a flat ground without crutches or with the support of others. (5) The patient signs the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with spinal cord tumors and other spinal cord diseases. (2) Suffering from serious medical diseases, such as heart dysfunction, pulmonary heart disease, etc., affecting motor function. (3) Patients with other diseases that may affect the motor system and the nervous system. (4) Previous surgical history of lower limbs (such as hip, knee, ankle).
