Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective forearm or hand surgery, regardless of gender, ASA ?~?, age 18~65 years, BMI 18~28kg/m2, voluntarily participated in this trial and signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to local anesthetics, nerve damage and sensory abnormalities in the affected limb, coagulation system abnormalities, puncture site breakdown or infection, mental, speech and hearing impairment, previous history of phrenic nerve injury, inability to cooperate with calm breathing and deep breathing exercises, participation in clinical trials within the last 3 months
