Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the OABSS score =3 and the symptom score =2 were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of refractory OAB; (2) aged 18-60 years; (3) be able to communicate well with researchers and willing to comply with the requirements of the whole experiment; (4) volunteer to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent form; (5) not received any other treatment in the last 1 month;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) bladder and urethra obstruction caused by various reasons; (2) any nerve stimulator, artificial pacemaker or implantable defibrillator has been implanted in the body; (3) tumors of the urinary system and other chronic inflammation such as Interstitial cystitis and cystitis glandularis; (4) psychological factors, abnormal development, operative injury, mental disease and others who can not accept acupuncture and electroacupuncture treatment; (5) patients with severe heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, mental diseases and obvious cognitive dysfunction; (6) diseases affecting the function of the lower urethra, such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, cauda equina injury, stroke and multiple system atrophy.
