Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meet the Chinese and Western medical diagnostic criteria for stroke, and the Chinese medical evidence is recognized as Qi deficiency; ? Duration of stroke >14 days; ? Patient's age is 30 to 80 years old; ? Accompanied by fatigue symptoms and FSS score =36; ? Patients voluntarily participated in the study and cooperated with related examination, treatment and evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? With serious cognitive and speech disorders; ? With serious heart, liver, kidney and other organs diseases, mental diseases, malignant tumors, immune system diseases, blood system diseases, metabolic diseases and endocrine diseases; ?Pregnant or breastfeeding; ? Patients who are allergic to the ingredients of Zhenyuan Huanwu granule decoction and traditional herbal decoction; ? Patients who are participating in other studies that will affect the evaluation of this study.
