Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years old; 2) Cystic predominant thyroid nodules (cystic component 50-90%) : nodule volume =10ml or diameter =4cm, and larger cystic cavity diameter =2cm. 3) Patients with compression symptoms or cosmetic problems. 4) Cystic predominant thyroid nodules were cytologically or histological considered benign nodules. 5) Normal thyroid function. 6) The informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergy to the contrast medium SonoVue. 2) Severe cardiopulmonary and pulmonary dysfunction. 3) Severe coagulation dysfunction. 4) Pregnancy status. 5) There are physical and psychological obstacles to cooperate with local anesthesia operation. 6) The presence of coarse calcification in the lesion affected the observation.
