Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1, Sign the informed consent, serum total bilirubin > 32 umol/L; 2, Patients aged 18-80 years with radiographic evidence consistent with clinical manifestations of malignant biliary obstruction; 3, Patients with middle and advanced cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer, ampulla carcinoma and other patients requiring ERCP drainage surgery due to obstructive jaundice;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1, Benign stenosis, stone induced obstructive jaundice, poor coagulation function; 2, Patients with severe septic shock resulting in multiple organ failure who cannot tolerate surgery; 3, Patients with poor cooperation, inability to cooperate with or refusal to undergo surgical treatment; 4, No biliary stent was placed during the operation, or patients with preoperative cholangitis were included.
