18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-60 years old. ? BMI18-24 kg/m2. ?ASA?-? level. ? General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Emergency surgery or cardiovascular surgery. ? Difficult airway management or difficult intubation (Mallampati scores ? or ?). ? Individuals with coronary heart disease or severe valvular heart disease. ? Individuals with cardiac conduction abnormalities or segmental myocardial systolic dysfunction. ? Severe cardiac dysfunction (preoperative LVEF<50% or NYHA functional class IV), severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh C grade) or severe renal failure (receiving dialysis treatment preoperatively). ? Allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines and other experimental drugs. ? Individuals with history of prolonged intake of psychoactive drugs or cognitive dysfunction. ? Pregnant or nursing women. ? Individuals with inability to cooperate during the examination or refusing to the examination or sign informed consent forms before the induction of anesthesia. ? No interpretation due to poor ultrasound image quality.
