Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be diagnoticed for complex urinary and reproductive tract infections; Women aged 45-75 years old; The patient signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Urinary tract obstruction or congenital urinary tract malformation; Have a history of urogenital surgery; Neurogenic bladder urethral dysfunction; Pregnant or lactating women; •Patients with initial empirical treatment failure; Individuals with a history of allergies to the drugs in this study.
