Test group :Give Gushukang Granules (Sinopharm Zhunzi Z20003255, Liaoning Wohua Kangchen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), 10 g/time, 2 times/day, take with boiling water after meals.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Recent occurrence of fragility fractures (fragility fractures occurring within 24 months); ? Fractures still occurring during treatment with anti-osteoporosis drugs; ? Multiple fragility fractures; ? Current use of drugs that can cause bone damage, such as the use of = 7.5 mg/d prednisolone for more than 3 months; ? Bone mineral density T value measured by DXA 30% or hip fracture risk > 4.5%; 8 There are no contraindications to the ingredients contained in this study drug; 9 Patients and their families are aware of this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? those who have not been treated as planned and cannot judge the curative effect; ? those with incomplete data affecting the curative effect or safety judgment; ? those with obvious side effects of drugs; ? receiving PTH, calcitonin, estrogen, glucocorticoid drugs that affect bone turnover and kidney function within half a year; ? Osteoporosis is secondary to various metabolic diseases, such as thyroid or parathyroid diseases, adrenal and gonadal endocrine diseases; ? suffering from heart, liver, brain, renal insufficiency and other serious organic diseases.
