Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Between 18 and 75 years of age; ? Patients with typical angina pectoris for =3 months who were admitted for coronary angiography, which confirmed the presence of a single CTO lesion, with or without other vascular lesions. Chronic total occlusion (CTO) of the coronary arteries was mostly defined as the complete blockage of anterograde blood flow due to atherosclerotic luminal stenosis of the coronary arteries with a duration of more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Allergy to antiplatelet drugs, heparin; ? Presence of coagulation disorders, systemic bleeding, thrombocytopenia history; ? Expected survival = 12 months; ? Other situations that the investigators consider unsuitable for participation in this study; ? Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent.
