Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis of cerebral infarction conforms to the diagnostic criteria of China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018: (1) Acute onset (< 2 weeks); (2) Focal neurological deficit (weakness or numbness of one face or limb, speech disorder, etc.), and a few are total neurological deficit; (3) The responsible focus or symptoms/signs on imaging lasted for more than 24 hours; (4) excluding non-vascular causes; (5) Brain CT/MRI excludes cerebral hemorrhage. The diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage meets the diagnostic criteria of China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019: 1) Acute onset (< 2 weeks); (2) Focal neurological deficits (a few of them are total neurological deficits), which are often accompanied by headache, vomiting, elevated blood pressure and different degrees of disturbance of consciousness; (3) Brain CT/MRI showed bleeding focus; (4) Exclude non-vascular brain etiology. 2) First onset. 3) Age =18 years old. 4) Motor dysfunction of upper and lower limbs: muscle strength decreased by 0 to 5- level and/or ataxia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The vital signs are unstable. 2) massive hemorrhage of cerebral lobes and cerebellum (cerebral hemisphere > >30ml, cerebellum > >15ml) and hematoma breaking into ventricle cause hydrocephalus. 3) Severe circulatory system, respiratory system, motor system and other diseases, such as atrial fibrillation, heart failure, lung infection, severe liver and renal insufficiency and other serious disease states. 4) Combined with other diseases of nervous system. 5) Dysfunction of upper and lower limbs caused by other reasons, such as fracture and deformity. 6) Can't cooperate to complete the examination, such as mental disorder, cognitive dysfunction, visual defect, sitting balance disorder, etc. 7) Other reasons: alcoholism; Skull defect; Head skin defect, etc.
