The diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage meets the diagnostic criteria of China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019: 1) Acute onset (< 2 weeks); (2) Focal neurological deficits (a few of them are total neurological deficits), which are often accompanied by headache, vomiting, elevated blood pressure and different degrees of disturbance of consciousness; (3) Brain CT/MRI showed bleeding focus; (4) Exclude non-vascular brain etiology. 2) First onset. 3) Age =18 years old. 4) Motor dysfunction of upper and lower limbs: muscle strength decreased by 0 to 5- level and/or ataxia.
