Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 50 to 75; 2) memory complaint, preferably corroborated by an informant; 3) memory impairment for age; 4) essentially normal performance on general cognition and preserved activities of daily living; 4) Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) score of 0.5; 5) MMSE scores between 24-30, MoCA scores between 18-26; and 5) the absence of dementia. Coronal T1-weighted MRI showed a visual score of more than grade 1 (choroidal fissure widening only) or grade 2 (with enlargement of the temporal angle of the lateral ventricle), and the white matter damage rating scale rating of the cerebral white matter lesion was less than grade 2 (with hyperintense spots or plaque fusion) on the image of fluid attenuation inversion recovery (FLAIR), all patients were right-handed, voluntarily participated in this study, and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) cognitive impairment caused by head trauma or cranial surgery; 2) current or lifetime history of neurological or psychiatric disorders that could cause cognitive impairment, such as stroke, depression, or epilepsy; 3) neurological deficiencies, such as visual or hearing loss; and 4) contraindications to MRI. Failure to complete neuropsychological scale assessment examination, failure to complete MRI examination or unqualified image quality, failure to complete follow-up examination.
