Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age = 65 2. ASA?~? grade; 2.Preoperative cognitive function is normal. ; 3. Informed consent and willing to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe gastrointestinal insufficiency, psychiatric history, speech communication disorder, non-cooperation, drug abusers, patients who cannot or refuse to complete neuropsychological examination before surgery.
