18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-85 years old; ?Patients with an estimated time of ICU admission > 48 hours; ?Hemodynamics were relatively stable (the dose of vasoactive drugs was not increased within 2 hours); ?Patients with mechanical ventilation: oxygen concentration (FiO2%) < 0.6, positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) < 10 cmH2O; ?RASS sedation score =-3 points; ? Lower limb muscle strength greater than grade 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Central nervous system disease and neuromuscular disease were diagnosed before ICU admission; ?Poor functional status (Barthel<45) one week before ICU admission; ? is in the treatment that requires strict control of activity (such as extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and active balloon reperfusion, etc.); ? There are contraindications to activity: such as unstable fracture, orthostatic hypotension; ? Patients with significant irritability or other intolerances to early activity
