Interventions

Normal opioid group (group C, control group):Under general anesthesia. Induction dose: Midazolam 0.05 mg/kg, propofol 1-2 mg/kg and cisatracurium 0.15 mg/kg. After induction, 20ml of 0.5% ropivacaine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy under general anesthesia, communication normal, signed informed consent, ages 18-65, female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? preoperative hearing impairment, consciousness impairment or mental illness (Glasgow score =14 points); ? any known allergy to the investigational drug; ? Obesity (BMI>30kg/?); Coagulation dysfunction, severe respiratory and circulatory diseases, injection site infection; (5) Patients who received preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, long-term oral sedatives, preoperative pain and need preoperative analgesics.
