Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke issued by the Chinese Society of Neurology, Chinese Medical Association, and be diagnosed as cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction by head CT or MRI; ? The first onset, the course of disease =6 months; ? Motor evoked potential was absent, or the amplitude was less than 50% of the amplitude of the healthy side in the early stage of stroke with lower extremity movement disorder; ? 18 years old = age =80 years old; ? Standing balance =1 level, able to walk at least 10 m with assistance; ? clear consciousness, able to cooperate with physical examination, and without severe cognitive impairment; ? Patients and their family members were willing to receive rTMS or dTMS treatment and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? metal foreign body in the skull, with a cardiac pacemaker, cochlear implantation; ? Patients with epilepsy history, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, and other vital organ failure and intracranial hypertension symptoms; ? Severe cognitive, communication disorders, emotional disorders, irritability, and other inability to cooperate; ? Received rTMS or dTMS within three months before the study; ? skull defects, etc.
