18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Unexplained visible hand sweating for over 6 months with at least two of the following characteristics: Excessive sweating starting before the age of 25; Symmetrical occurrence in hands; Occurs more than once a week; Significantly affects the patient's quality of life; Family history of unexplained sweating; No night sweats. (2) Participants must be at least 18 years old and under 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary palmar hyperhidrosis due to reasons such as hyperthyroidism; 2. Patients with contraindications for surgery; 3. Palmar hyperhidrosis with HDSS (Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale) grading = II; 4. Individuals who refuse to participate in the study.
