Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the study subjects: Selective unilateral total knee arthroplasty performed under general anesthesia, from March February 2024 to December 2024, age 18-75 years, ASA grade I-III, 18kg/m^2=BMI=28kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with muscle contracture, sciatic nerve, and/or knee joint deformities (such as varus or flexion deformities) on the affected limb, or with other neuropathic disorders, such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, radiculopathy, or patients with a history of trauma or surgery on the affected limb with incomplete recovery; ? Patients with severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, significant liver, kidney, or coagulation dysfunction; ? Patients with a history of chronic pain medication, antipsychotic medication, chemotherapy or radiation therapy, or patients with contraindications to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; ? Patients with allergies to local anesthetics such as lidocaine, ropivacaine, and general anesthesia medications.
