Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In Hainan area, 100 healthy people and 100 patients with venous thromboembolism diagnosed by phlebography or vascular ultrasound were diagnosed for the first time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Family history of thrombosis (2) Pregnancy and puerperium, oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy (3) Positive for anti-cardiolipin antibodies and/or lupus anticoagulants (4) Surgery and trauma, long-term immobilization (5) Tumor therapy (Thalidomide, lenalidomide, targeted therapy, etc.) (6) Hyperthyroidism and hyperhomocysteinemia (7) Deficiency of anticoagulant protein caused by acquired factors
