Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) breast cancer patients over 18 years old; (2) breast cancer patients who have received surgery; (3) breast cancer patients will continue to receive adjuvant chemotherapy for at least eight weeks; (4) breast cancer patients can understand Chinese and follow instructions; and (5) breast cancer patients had a reliable internet connection and internet-enabled device.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) have recurrent or metastatic breast cancer; (2) have been concurrently diagnosed with other types of cancer; (3) have been diagnosed with mental illnesses; and (4) are currently participating in another exercise programme.
