BFR-L group:a blood flow restriction cuff (50%AOP) was applied to the left arm of the patient
BFR-R group:a blood flow restriction cuff (50%AOP) was applied to the right arm of the patient

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years; More than 6 months after spinal cord injury; The upper limbs can be trained by BTE system; No severe cognitive impairment, cardiovascular or respiratory disease; Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute phase of unstable spinal cord injury; Have a serious cardiovascular or respiratory disease; BTE system training is not possible in upper limbs; Inability to adhere to the study; Unwilling to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form;
