Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinically confirmed bladder cancer who require inpatient surgery; Seniors aged 60-89 years; Good self-care skills and barrier-free communication; Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with major illnesses, mental disorders or communication disorders, and patients who are unable to take care of themselves.
