60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adults aged between 60 and 75 years 2 body mass index >22.9-32.4 kg/m2 3 no exercise more than 3 days a weel for more than 3 months 4 able to conduct exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 blood pressure is over than 180/100 mmHg 2 experienced any multi-joint exercise 3 with any history of uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases and diabetes 4 take any medications known to affect weight loss
