18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-?; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. BIM 18~30 kg/m2; 4. Patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy surgery; 5. All patients obtained informed consent before surgery and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to local anesthetic drugs; 2. Patients with serious cardiopulmonary disease; 3. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 4. Patients with malnutrition, abnormal coagulation and preoperative chemotherapy; 5. Block site infection; 6. Steroid or immunosuppressant user; 7. Patients with psycho-nervous system diseases; 8. Patients with a history of thoracic surgery; 9. Patients with a history of preoperative chronic pain (pain duration > 3 months).
