Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-28 years old in good physical condition 2. Each participant's body mass index (BMI) was calculated by dividing their weight in kilograms by the square of their height in meters, and was assigned a BMI rating according to Chinese and World Health Organization (WHO) standards. According to the Chinese BMI classification, normal BMI=18.5-24, overweight BMI=24-28, and obese BMI=28. The subjects were divided into normal weight group (control group), super weight group and obesity group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, rheumatic heart disease and congestive heart insufficiency were excluded by routine physical examination, electrocardiogram, echocardiography and biochemical examination, and all voluntarily participate.
